This dataset contains raw experimental data acquired during the preparation and characterization of Mo₂TiC₂Tₓ MXene/Laser-Induced Graphene (LIG) hybrid materials for electrochemical energy storage applications. The data encompass SEM micrographs documenting surface morphology and microstructural features, XPS survey and high-resolution spectra providing surface elemental composition and chemical bonding states, XRD patterns recording crystallographic structure and interlayer spacing, and Raman spectra capturing vibrational signatures of carbon allotropes and MXene components. Electrochemical raw data include cyclic voltammetry curves, galvanostatic charge–discharge profiles, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy Nyquist plots collected under varying experimental conditions to evaluate the capacitive performance and charge-transfer kinetics of the hybrid electrodes.
