项目历经5年科技攻关,完成了多项技术成果,并取得了重要科技创新:a、率先以高油酸为指标进行油茶杂交组合的品质定向选育,选育出全国第一个高油酸(相对含量为86.90%)油茶优良杂交组合新品系 b、首次全方位从油茶品种群、物种及不同良种水平(品种、优树、家系和无性系)对油茶籽油脂肪酸组成的变异及相关性进行研究,获得系列油茶品质定向改良育种的重要技术参数 c、从生态学角度研究并阐明了油茶籽油脂肪酸组成的变化规律,为高油酸油茶优良品系栽培区划提供重要科学依据 d、取得桂普32号、桂普101号2个国家林木良种及岑软11号1个自治区林木良种 e、成功申请国家发明专利1件,植物新品种保护权3件。项目研究成果总体达到国内同类研究领先水平。项目通过对我国油茶的7大主要物种、16个优良地方品种和175个优良家系的调查研究,以及对214份油茶种质的脂肪酸组成的测定分析,创新性地提出并划分了油茶籽油脂肪酸组成的油酸水平分级标准 选育出油酸含量86.05%~88.31%、不饱和脂肪酸含量89.38%~94.46%、种仁含油率49.32%~60.73%的高油酸油茶优良品种3个、优树5个、优良杂交组合1个,油酸含量均达到或超过国家标准《GB11765-2003油茶籽油》74%~87%的质量要求,目前,未见国内有油酸含量、不饱和脂肪酸含量、种仁含油率均达到或超过这些优良品系选育成功的公开报道 建立油茶优良种质资源库49.1亩,保存产量高、品质优或具有某一特异性状的优良种质113份,储备了丰富的油茶优良育种资源 项目在研究内容、高油酸油茶种质品质遗传稳定性和相关性等研究方面,创造性地提出了具有重要学术价值的独特见解,共完成技术研究报告和研究论文10多篇,在国内外学术刊物上公开发表9篇。项目所取得的技术成果对油茶中长期育种工作的科学发展具有重要促进作用。
After 5 years of dedicated scientific and technological research, the project has achieved multiple technical outcomes and important technological innovations:
a. Took the lead in conducting targeted quality breeding of Camellia oleifera hybrid combinations using high oleic acid as the indicator, and bred the first national-level excellent new hybrid line of Camellia oleifera with high oleic acid (relative content: 86.90%).
b. For the first time, conducted a comprehensive study on the variation and correlation of fatty acid composition in Camellia oleifera seed oil across Camellia oleifera variety groups, species, and different improved variety levels (varieties, elite trees, families, and clones), obtaining a series of important technical parameters for targeted quality improvement breeding of Camellia oleifera.
c. Studied and clarified the variation patterns of fatty acid composition in Camellia oleifera seed oil from an ecological perspective, providing important scientific basis for the cultivation regionalization of high oleic acid Camellia oleifera elite lines.
d. Obtained two national forest tree improved varieties: Guipu 32 and Guipu 101, and one autonomous regional forest tree improved variety: Cenruan 11.
e. Successfully applied for 1 national invention patent and 3 plant variety rights.
The overall technical achievements of the project have reached the leading level in domestic similar research. Based on the investigation and research on 7 major Camellia oleifera species, 16 excellent local varieties and 175 excellent families of Camellia oleifera, as well as the determination and analysis of fatty acid composition of 214 Camellia oleifera germplasm accessions, the project innovatively proposed and established the oleic acid level grading standard for fatty acid composition of Camellia oleifera seed oil. Three excellent high oleic acid Camellia oleifera varieties, 5 elite trees and 1 excellent hybrid combination were bred, with oleic acid content ranging from 86.05% to 88.31%, unsaturated fatty acid content ranging from 89.38% to 94.46%, and kernel oil content ranging from 49.32% to 60.73%. The oleic acid content of these materials meets or exceeds the quality requirement of 74% to 87% specified in the national standard "GB 11765-2003: Camellia oleifera Seed Oil". Up to now, no public domestic reports have been found regarding the successful breeding of elite lines with oleic acid content, unsaturated fatty acid content and kernel oil content all meeting or exceeding these standards.
A 49.1-mu superior Camellia oleifera germplasm resource bank was established, preserving 113 superior germplasm accessions with high yield, excellent quality or specific desirable traits, thus reserving abundant excellent breeding resources for Camellia oleifera.
In terms of research content, genetic stability of high oleic acid Camellia oleifera germplasm quality and correlations, the project creatively put forward unique insights with important academic value. More than 10 technical research reports and research papers were completed, 9 of which were published in domestic and foreign academic journals. The technical achievements of this project have made a significant contribution to the scientific advancement of medium- and long-term Camellia oleifera breeding programs.
