资源简介:
Cellulose, arabinoxylan, beta-glucan and glucomannan are important indigestible polysaccharides that have been heavily applied in human foods and animal feeds. In addition, the fermentation of indigestible polysaccharides mainly produces some beneficial metabolites such as lactate, short-chain fatty acids (SCFA), including acetate, propionate and butyrate. Fermentation and metabolic characteristics of cellulose, arabinoxylan, beta-glucan and glucomannan were investigated by inoculating with fecal microbiota from growing pigs via an in vitro fermentation system.
