Habitat Suitability Modelling of European groundwater-dwelling copepods

Within the "EGCop_HSMs_Data&Codes" folder, interested users can find: "Data" folder, storing: Occurrence data of European groundwater-dwelling copepod species, gathered from the EGCop dataset (Cerasoli et al., 2025; https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.14608863); Vector and raster GIS layers used as input data in the Habitat Suitability Modelling pipeline. "R-codes" folder, storing the R scripts generated to fit, evaluate and project Habitat Suitability Models for the target species, along with a README file guiding users through their usage.
