为保证鲤鱼安全性,需要对鲤鱼中恩诺沙星含量进行把控。《食品安全国家标准 食品中兽药最大残留限量》(GB 31650—2019)中规定,鲤鱼中恩诺沙星最高限量值为100ug/kg。本数据主要用于监测诸暨市流通领域鲤鱼含量指标的情况,为监管部门提供监管依据。1、.数据采集:数据采集于诸暨市场的抽检样品;2、对我市市场的抽检产品的检测值按照如下公式进行计算:X=C*V*f/m,式中:X为试样中待测组分含量,单位为微克每千克(ug/kg);C为试样待测液中恩诺沙星含量,单位为微克每升(ug/L);V为试样待测液定容体积 ,单位为毫升(mL);m为试样质量 ,单位为克(g) 。可得检查项目恩诺沙星的含量数据。3.将以上检测数据对比“农业部1077号公告-1-2008”中标定的数据要求,在限定值内的为合格,超出限定值的为不合格。

Data Collection: All dataset entries are sourced from randomly collected market surveillance samples obtained from Zhuji's local markets. 2. Concentration Calculation: The detection values of the spot-inspected products in Zhuji's market are calculated using the following formula: $X = frac{C imes V imes f}{m}$. Detailed definitions of each variable are as follows: - $X$: Content of the target analyte in the test sample, unit: micrograms per kilogram (μg/kg) - $C$: Enrofloxacin concentration in the sample test solution, unit: micrograms per liter (μg/L) - $V$: Fixed final volume of the sample test solution, unit: milliliters (mL) - $m$: Mass of the test sample, unit: grams (g) The enrofloxacin content data for the detection item can be derived via this calculation. 3.
