Coldest quarter is the set of 3 consecutive months for which the mean temperature over the selected period is lower than any other set of 3 consecutive months. Modelled using eMAST-R-Package 2.0本数据集包含两项指标：澳大利亚大陆最冷时段的降水量，以及澳大利亚大陆最冷时段的平均气温。其中，最冷时段定义为：在所有连续三个月的时段中，该时段的平均气温低于其他任意一组连续三个月时段的平均气温的连续三个月集合。本数据集采用eMAST-R-Package 2.0完成建模。
