Human pluripotent stem cell-derived cardiomyocyte maturation both in vivo and in vitro

We studied cardiomyocytes maturation through extended in vitro culture and also used the adult rat as a bioreactor, Human PSC-CMs were cultured for up to one year and also studied at different stages after transplantation into infarcted athymic hearts (1 day, 1 week, 4 weeks, and 3 months after transplantation)
