Polymorphic sites of cox1 and ef1a sequences of the submitted proglottids compared with those of human Taenia tapeworms. Numbers indicate the positions from 5′end of the cox1 or ef1a gene, and dots indicate sequence matches with T. saginata. *Three sites (nucleotide 294, 336, 405) were distinguishable substitiutions in all of three human Taenia tapeworms.
