Expression data from immature V2 and DP cells in the thymus of Sox4 conditional knockout mice and wild type mice

To determine Sox4 function during intrathymic αβ T cell development, global transcriptome analysis was performed and suggested a deficit in miR181 expression in Sox4-deficient DP thymocytes. Thymus immature TCRγδ V2 cells and CD4+ CD8+ double positive T cells are sorted from two weeks old mice for RNA extraction and hybridization on Affymetrix microarrays.
