Classification of fruits as fresh and rotten

The dataset used in this research consists of a total of 13,599 images categorized into six classes, representing both fresh and rotten conditions of three types of fruits: Fresh Apple Fresh Banana Fresh Orange Rotten Apple Rotten Banana Rotten Orange This dataset is designed for binary and multiclass image classification tasks and provides a balanced distribution of images across fresh and rotten categories. To ensure robust evaluation, a 5-fold cross-validation strategy was implemented.
