Zebra_pathogens_meta_analysis

Data represents quantitative observations on the infectious agents detected in wild zebra populations. Each sheet represents data of different pathogens. The pooled prevalence can be estimated using meta-analysis of proportions. To ease the coding, variables were renamed as follows: “pathogen species” = “Pathogen”, “zebra species” = “Zebra_species”, “diagnostic method” = “Diagnostic_method”, “tested animals” = “Ne”, “positive animals” = “Ee”.本数据集收录了野生斑马种群中检出的感染性病原体的定量观测结果。每个工作表对应一种不同病原体的相关数据。可通过比例元分析估算合并患病率。为便于代码编写，变量已按如下规则重命名：原变量"病原体物种（pathogen species）"重命名为"Pathogen"，"斑马物种（zebra species）"重命名为"Zebra_species"，"检测方法（diagnostic method）"重命名为"Diagnostic_method"，"受检动物数量（tested animals）"重命名为"Ne"，"阳性动物数量（positive animals）"重命名为"Ee"。
