2021-2022年新疆小浆果种质资源生物学特征数据库

小浆果种质资源非常丰富，新疆目前收集保存的草莓资源有上百种，包括国外的优良品种、国内科研单位选育的新品种以及一些野生的草莓资源，其中还有适合观赏绿化的资源。对每份草莓种质资源在新疆种植后的表现进行调查研究，包括植株、叶片、叶柄、匍匐茎、果实、种子等生物学特征以及果实大小、风味、香气、糖度、可溶性固形物等品质特征，共计59个调查指标，可为新疆地区草莓杂交育种提供基础数据

Small berry germplasm resources are extremely abundant. Currently, over 100 strawberry germplasm accessions have been collected and conserved in Xinjiang, including elite foreign cultivars, new cultivars bred by domestic research institutions, wild strawberry germplasms, and resources suitable for ornamental greening. Systematic investigations were conducted on the performance of each strawberry germplasm accession after being planted in Xinjiang, covering a total of 59 investigation indicators, which involve biological characteristics such as plants, leaves, petioles, stolons, fruits and seeds, as well as quality traits including fruit size, flavor, aroma, sugar content and total soluble solids. This dataset can provide basic data for strawberry crossbreeding in the Xinjiang region.
