Dataset for: Mudayna1

This dataset includes information on fourteen seasons of excavations and survey at the site of Khirbat al-Mudayna on the Wadi ath-Thamad, central Jordan (1995-2012). The focus is on the geographical features of the site, the excavation of the fortifications, the gate building, two domestic areas, the temple building and standing stone shrine. It includes additional data from that included in the book with detailed descriptions of individual soil layers and architectural features and installations. Lists of wall, room and building numbers are also included along with additional images to supplement those in the book and an enlarged team members list.
