Whole Genome Sequencing Project of Marine Bacteria. Bacteria

This project is designed to obtain whole genome sequences of bacterial culture isolates from diverse marine-related habitats including seawater, sediments, intestinal tract of marine organisms, et cetera. The main goal of this project is to sequence and annotate the genome of potentially important bacterial strains in terms of taxonomy (phylogeny) and functionality.
