NRS-13850 | Registers of grants upon purchase of improved Crown lands (town lots)

These registers contain copies of deeds of grant issued in respect of town land alienated under the improvement clause S.8 of the Crown Lands Alienation Act, 1861, which provided that persons who had improved Crown Land might have the land sold to them without competition at a price to be fixed by appraisement, provided it was at a price not less than the minimum upset price for the class of land in question.(7/981-84). 5 vols.
