Antibody-stratified treatment strategies for autoimmune nodopathies: Phase-1 reconstructed individual participant data and analysis code

Reproducibility bundle for the Phase-1 study of antibody-stratified treatment strategies in autoimmune nodopathies (anti-neurofascin-155, anti-contactin-1, anti-CASPR1, anti-pan-neurofascin). The bundle contains the reconstructed individual participant data (IPD) with row-level provenance (source PubMed ID and in-article location for every extracted value), a data dictionary (codebook), the complete one-stage Bayesian IPD meta-analysis and conditional network meta-analysis code (R / cmdstanr / Stan + Python preprocessing), the analysis outputs, the computational environment snapshot (seed=42), PRISMA-IPD/PRISMA-NMA checklists, and the list of 103 source publications. The IPD are reconstructed: patient-level factual variables de-identified and extracted from previously published, peer-reviewed literature (not primary clinical records). Systematic-review registration: PROSPERO CRD420261407443. DUAL LICENSING: analysis code is released under the MIT licence (LICENSE-CODE); the reconstructed IPD and derived datasets are released under CC-BY-4.0 (LICENSE-DATA). Because the dataset is reconstructed from published sources, any reuse must cite BOTH this study AND the original source publication of each data row (provided in SOURCES.md / SOURCES.csv).
