The microbial oxidation of highly toxic As3+ in the environment plays an important role in the biogeochemical cycle of arsenic and has potential application values. Bacillus sp. ZJS3 strain is an As3+ tolerant strain isolated and identified in our laboratory, and has tolerance to a variety of heavy metals. The genomic data of the strain were obtained in order to further clarify the morphological changes of the strain under As3+ stress and the genetic basis of arsenic stress, so as to provide basic data for the study of As3+ tolerant bacteria.
