To explore the influence of subchondral bone on the health of cartilage under normal physiology conditions, we compared the phenotype of OC-C with CH in terms of chondrogenic and hypertrophic gene expression qPCR gene expression profiling: chondrogenic and hypertrophic markers of OC-C and CH were compared with each other.Total RNA from each sample was used for gene expression analysis and normalized to RPL13A.
