A group of four men can be seen in the distance to the right, as well as a fifth that can be seen walking alone at the extreme left. Legible signs include: "Poinsettia", "Chicago Cyclery.", "Geo. A. [Ralphs]", "L.A. Bird Store" , "Wheels Sold as Easy Payments / [...] and Repaired", "General Repairing", "Boot / Shoe", and "Tin Shop and Jobbing".
