BridgeDb ID mapping database for metabolites, using the latest data release of HMDB 4.0 (Release of 2021-11-02), ChEBI 201 (Release of 01 Juli 2022), and Wikidata (07 Juli 2022) as data sources. <br> Quality control was performed with BridgeDb (3.0.15) against version 20210109 [https://doi.org/10.6084/m9.figshare.13550384], tested in PathVisio 3.3.0. <br> Contains a large update for Chemspider mappings (+18.0%), Guide to Pharmacology (+25.5%), HMDB (+53.5%), ChEBI (+20.0%), Wikidata (+26.7%), LIPID MAPS (+44.2%), InChI-Keys (+147.4%), PubChem-compound (+40.7%), and DrugBank (+28.2%). <br> <br> This work was funded by the NWO Open Science Fund (grant no 203.001.121).
