This study will use genomics to understand the importance of sexual risk factors in gonorrhoea transmission. It is part of the HPRU Theme A on sexual risk and risk reduction, which has an overarching aim to improve understanding and the knowledge-base of the behaviours, attitudes, and factors that influence the risk of STI and BBI acquisition and transmission in key population groups. These data are part of a pre-publication release.
