Ultra-violet measurements from station Momote (1999-01)

The ARM Program discovered a long-standing issue with their equatorial tropical western Pacific sites (Manus and Nauru) UVB data that renders the data unusable. The decision was then made to stop measuring UV at these sites. Therefore PLEASE REFRAIN FROM USING ANY UV DATA FROM NAURU OR MANUS!ARM项目发现其西太平洋赤道热带观测站点（马努斯岛与瑙鲁）的紫外线B波段（UVB）数据存在长期存在的问题，导致该数据无法使用。随后项目组决定停止在上述站点开展紫外线测量工作。特此提请切勿使用来自瑙鲁或马努斯岛的任何紫外线数据！
