资源简介:
The underlying simulated image data for Figure 4 of Redefining colocalization analysis with a novel Phasor Mixing Coefficient. The TIF files A_ch1.tiff, A_ch2.tiff, B_ch1_new.tiff, B_ch2.tiff, C_ch1_new.tiff, and C_ch2_new.tiff are artificial images of biological structures created using the software Inkscape. Their names--A, B, and C--correspond to the panels of the associated publication. The channels--ch1 and ch2--represent simulated single-color microscopy images from one of two fluorescent labels. These images are the same as those of Figure 1 of the associated manuscript. These intensity images are subsequently used as inputs to simulate multispectral images given distinct spectra for each label: e.g. A_ch1_af561_spec.tif and A_ch2_af647_spec.tif (and similarly for the other two examples). Their names indicate the real fluorescent spectra from which they are simulated (AlexaFluor(AF)-561 and AF-647, respectively). Ch1 always corresponds to AF561 and Ch2 corresponds to AF647. The spectra are given as CSV files and named accordingly. The TIFF file A_afcomb_spec.tif corresponds to the element-wise sum of the two channel images for example A, with corresponding TIFF files for B and C.
The analysis outputs are produced through the "Figure 4" section of the Jupyter notebook in the associated GitHub repository.
