Genomic Invisibility and Data Sovereignty of Colombian Bat Diversity: An Auditable Metadata Assessment (Version 2.0)

This dataset contains the full auditable reanalysis (V2.0) of Chiroptera sequences associated with Colombia in public databases. Unlike previous assessments based on raw accession counts, this version implements a strict metadata audit using a Biological Entity Hierarchy (BioSample > Isolate > Voucher) to eliminate technical data inflation. Key highlights of this version: Confirmation of 23.0% Genomic Sovereignty (51/222 species). Taxonomic rescue of the endemic species Vampyressa sinchi. Identification of severe geographic sampling biases. Full audit trail including SHA-256 manifests and Architecture Decision Records (ADRs). Includes all Python/R scripts, curated taxonomic crosswalks, and high-resolution evolutionary dashboards.
