This repository contains datasets from a comprehensive simulation study focused on optimizing coffee procurement strategies across multiple Indonesian sourcing regions (Aceh, Lampung, West Java, North Sumatera, South Sulawesi, and NTT) under conditions of weather uncertainty. The data includes both aggregated results from a wide range of Supply Acquisition Rate (SAR) combinations, illustrating their impact on total gross profit, as well as detailed monthly breakdowns for the top-performing SAR scenarios. These detailed datasets provide in-depth insights into various key supply chain metrics, such as supply availability, demand fulfillment, costs, inventory levels, and service levels, to support informed decision-making in coffee supply chain management.
