Raw data from liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry experiments for quantification of BrdU levels in nucleoside-digested samples, including control (pure BrdU dissolved in water), PCR, and genomic (BrdU-labeled mESCs and K562s) samples.本数据集包含两类实验数据：其一为用于定量经生长素处理的CTCF-AID小鼠胚胎干细胞（mouse embryonic stem cells，mESCs）中CCCTC结合因子（CTCF）蛋白水平的蛋白质免疫印迹（Western Blot）实验数据；其二为针对核苷消化样品中5-溴-2'-脱氧尿苷（Bromodeoxyuridine，BrdU）水平进行定量的液相色谱-质谱联用（Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry）实验原始数据，所述样品包括对照组（纯BrdU溶于去离子水）、聚合酶链式反应（Polymerase Chain Reaction，PCR）样品，以及经BrdU标记的小鼠胚胎干细胞与K562细胞的基因组样品。
