This dataset contains all national level UK statutory instruments from 1987 to 2008 coded according to the Comparative Agendas Project (CAP) content coding scheme (www.comparativeagendas.info). The data is a pilot of the project "Bureaucratic Agendas: The Responsiveness of Secondary Legislation in a Comparative Perspective" that is currently being developed (see http://sbevan.com/projects--data.html).
