Influence of grapevine rootstock and scion genotypes on the structure and composition of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi associated with the root system.. GreffAdapt PR2

The goal was to study the influence of grapevine rootstock and scion genotypes on the arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) of the root endosphere. Ten rootstock x scion combinations were analyzed by a metabarcoding approach using the 18S rRNA gene sequencing. A second gene (28S rRNA gene) was targeted for some combinations to compare the results and evaluate the effect of the targeted gene in metabarcoding approaches.
