Appendix E - Results of amplification and sequencing

These are the unfiltered fastagz files containing the results of amplification and sequencing. 2018 samples begin with the sample code (site-control/treatment/samplenumber-16s) while 2019 samples begin with GMPGEN followed by the sample code (site/control/treatment-samplenumber). The sample number is 0 for in situ samples, 1 for samples taken on day 1 of the experiment and 4 for day 21 of the experiment. This dataset is for Appendix E of Lauren Koiter's thesis "The effect of glyphosate on bacteria and archaea community composition in freshwater biofilms" (2021).<br>This dataset is a part of Lauren Koiter’s M.Sc. Thesis through the University of Waterloo Department of Biology. The thesis is researching the effects of glyphosate on the bacteria and archaea community composition of freshwater biofilms in North America. Full information on the materials and methods used in data collection is available in the thesis through the University of Waterloo. <br>
