Raw data for Cytotoxic and Genotoxic Effects of a Commercial Aclonifen-Based Herbicide Formulation in Allium cepa, with Metabolic Effects in MDBK Cells

This dataset contains the experimental data supporting the study entitled “Integrated Cytogenetic, Genotoxic, and Metabolic Effects of an Aclonifen-Based Herbicide in Allium cepa L. and MDBK Cells”. The dataset includes data obtained from Allium cepa root growth, and nuclear damage, as well as comet assay parameters and MDBK cell viability measurements determined by the MTT assay. The experiments were conducted using an aclonifen-based herbicide formulation at nominal active ingredient-equivalent concentrations of 50, 100, and 200 mg L⁻¹ over exposure periods of 24, 48, and 72 h. These data support the results and statistical analyses reported in the associated manuscript.
