The Ontological Construction of the Fine-Structure Constant ——Phase-Locking Fingerprint from World Quantum Theory to Earth's Projection Layer

Based on the framework of World Quantum Theory and Primitive Space Theory, this paper provides an ontological deconstruction of the fine-structure constant α≈1/137. Standard physics treats α as a dimensionless universal constant whose numerical origin remains unexplained. This paper argues that α is not a universal constant but the eigenvalue of self-similar frequency phase-locking on Earth’s projection layer. By expressing α as the ratio of the electron’s energy-wavelength product to the Planck action: , and tracing back to the ontological reference state x=1,v=c, this paper demonstrates that the ontological value is α0=1/4π, and the measured value on Earth α⊕=1/137 is the phase-locking deviation of the ontological value through self-similar nesting and environmental modulation. This paper provides testable predictions: in non-Earth environments (South Atlantic Anomaly, lunar surface), the measured value of α should exhibit measurable deviations.
