18S, 16S cprDNA, and psbO distributions of haptophyte algae

This repository provides alignments, constraint and metagenome-enriched trees, and relative abundance / distribution tables with contextual data for phylogenetically reconciled haptophyte 18S, plastid 16S, and psbO meta-genes. Additional alignments, logfiles, constraints, and metagenome trees are provided for five new genes proposed as Tara single-copy markers.
