Supporting information including alignments and phylogenetic trees for the manuscript "Rise up, Rhizoctonia: moving to one fungus, one name in the Ceratobasidiaceae (Agaricomycetes; Cantharellales)"

The zip file contained in this upload contains four folders named under the convention "figX_alignment_IQTREE", where X represents the respective figure number in the final manuscript. 

Each folder contains a folder called "seqs" which contains all alignments used to generate the respective manuscript figure outlined in the folder name, along with all output files generated by IQ-TREE. The final tree file used for each respective figure is the file with the extension *.treefile. 

Also included in this zip file is a file entitled "supporting_information_tables_1-4.xlsx" which contains all supporting tables mentioned in the manuscript, each presented as a separate tab.
