Targeted loci

Dissolved organic nitrogen (DON) represents a unique challenge in prechlorinated raw water distribution systems (PRWDS) because of its contribution to the formation of harmful nitrogen-disinfection byproducts, influence upon biogeochemical processes and the unclear molecular characteristics. Our aim is to obtain a better insight into the fate of DON molecular and investigate the influence of various factors on dynamic characteristics of DON in the PRWDS.
