tDCS-induced Memory Reconsolidation Effects: Analysis of Prominent Predicting Factors

tDCS effects during memory reconsolidation in older adults with subjective memory complaints (SMC) and in participants with Mild Cognitive Impairment. We investigated potential factors that modulate tDCS effects. tDCS group, diagnosis, encoding performance and leisure time activities are predictive factors of delayed memory retrieval in this reconsolidation paradigm in populations with increased risk of developing Alzheimer Disease.本数据集针对存在主观记忆抱怨（Subjective Memory Complaints, SMC）的老年群体与轻度认知障碍（Mild Cognitive Impairment, MCI）受试者，探究其在记忆再巩固过程中的经颅直流电刺激（transcranial Direct Current Stimulation, tDCS）效应。本研究同时分析了可调控tDCS效应的潜在影响因素。针对阿尔茨海默病（Alzheimer Disease, AD）发病风险升高的人群，在该记忆再巩固实验范式中，tDCS组别、诊断类型、编码任务表现与闲暇活动均为延迟记忆提取的预测因子。
