Genetic and metabolic resources for Sipha maydis multi-symbiotic system
收藏资源简介:
The Sipha maydis genome project generated a highly contiguous genome assembly of the cereal aphid Sipha maydis, revealing 24,453 protein-coding genes, including enzymes involved in an integrated metabolic network with two bacterial endosymbionts. This resource offers essential genetic and metabolic insights into the evolution and functioning of multi-symbiotic systems in insects. This dataset contains genomic and functional annotation information of S. maydis genome and its di-symbiotic system, together with the inferred reactions and metabolic networks of the corresponding metabolic databases SipmaCyc (Sipha maydis), Bucap_SmCyc (Buchnera aphidicola str. Sm midelt) and Sersy_SmCyc (Serratia symbiotica str. Sm midelt). The metabolic databases are available in the ArtSymbioCyc collection.
