The influence of shallow cloud populations on transitions to deep convection in the Amazon dataset

This dataset includes the configuration of the Weather Research and Forecasting model v3.9 used to generate one month of 10 minute data output for the Amazon basin (control and eddy-diffusivity mass-flux scheme setups). A sample of model output for March 10 2015 is included (derived rain rates and brightness temperatures and one file of 2D output fields). Scripts used to process model output, process deep convective tracks, and generate final figures are also included.
