Experimental Evaluation Dataset for a Document Management System Integrated with n8n in Logistics Projects

This dataset contains the experimental records used to evaluate a web-based document management system integrated with n8n in logistics project scenarios. The dataset includes observations on document search time, version-related errors, review and approval time, document traceability, automated workflow execution, and participant perception. The experiment followed a within-subject design with 15 anonymized participants, three representative logistics projects, and 18 experimental documents. The records are organized by experimental scenario and include the corresponding measurement variables and summary controls used to reproduce the reported metrics. Participant identifiers are anonymized. The dataset should be interpreted together with the associated research article and the documented experimental protocol. The dataset documentation and worksheet labels are provided in Spanish.
