"Multi-Omics Investigation Dissects a Unidirectional Causality and Shared Genes between Sleep Duraiton and Tinnitus" Supplementary Tables

Sleep disorders and tinnitus coexist in some patients, yet the genetic causal relationship and shared molecular mechanisms underlying their comorbidity remain unclear. In this study, we confirmed that short sleep duration and insomnia are key risk factors, and identified 22 shared genes between the two conditions. These findings enhance our understanding of the pathophysiology of comorbidity between sleep duration and tinnitus and offer translational potential for targeted interventions.
