Treatment with IFNγ results in alteration of miRNA expression in young adult mouse colonocyte (YAMC) cells. We used microarrays to examine the effect of IFNγ on miRNA expression in intestinal epithelial cells. YAMC cells with and without IFNγ treatment were processed for RNA extraction and Affymetrix GeneChip miRNA Array v. 4.0. Data were futher analyzed using Affymetrix Expression Console software.
