Results presented are displayed with standard deviation and P values (where applicable). A positive result for an individual activity is shown with bolded text. Rb phosphorylation activities were determined qualitatively as readily apparent (+), marginal (±), or absent (−). For every other assay, assignment of functional activity required statistical significance (P<0.05), and the experimental values obtained for the CHPK-positive cells are shown.
