Meningeal lymphatic ablation reduces ischemic stroke-induced inflammation via reprograming transcriptome profiling in cervical lymph nodes

We used single-cell transcriptome analysis to demonstrate that the meningeal lymphatic ablation alters transcriptome profile of different LEC populations in cervical lymph node after stroke.
