本次采样工作在比格尔海洋保护区(Beagle AMP)及其周边海域开展,采用国家环境科学项目(National Environmental Science Program,NESP)配套的诱饵式远程水下视频(Baited Remote Underwater Video,BRUV)系统及采样标准操作程序(Standard Operating Procedure,SOP)完成,采样手册详见:https://marine-sampling-field-manual.github.io/。澳大利亚塔斯马尼亚大学海洋与南极研究所(Institute for Marine and Antarctic Studies,IMAS)研究人员在此区域使用同款设备及采样野外手册,针对鱼类开展立体诱饵式远程水下视频(Stereo Baited Remote Underwater Video,Stereo BRUV)采样,采样手册链接同上。本次采样采用BAS空间平衡采样设计,具体规范源自Barrett N、Monk J、Nichol S、Falster G、Carroll A、Siwabessy J、Deane A、Nanson R、Picard K、Dando N、Hulls J及Evans H于2020年发布的《比格尔海洋公园:勘测后报告》,该报告为提交给国家环境科学项目海洋生物多样性中心的成果,由塔斯马尼亚大学完成。本数据集的元数据与原始数据均来源于GlobalArchive平台(https://globalarchive.org/geodata/data/campaign/get/989),数据获取日期为2021年8月31日。
