To investigate the function of VCP in the colorectal cancer progression, we established HCT116 cell lines overexpressing VCP. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 3 different cells overexpressing VCP and control vector. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for HCT116 cells overexpressing VCP and control vector.
