Single cell RNA sequencing revealing gene expression profile of thalamus from mice at the age of 2 months

Single cell RNA transcriptomic expression profile of adult mouse thalamus cells containing astrocytes, oligodendrocytes, mural cells, endothelial cells, etc. The thalamic tissue dissected from two adult wildtype C57BL/6J mice were sequentially digested with papain, protase and dispase in choline chloride solution for preparing single-cell suspensions, and single-cell libraries were generated using 3’-labeling kit (V3, 10X Genomics) and sequenced on the Illumina NovaSeq 6000 sequencer.
