RuBisCO and other biomolecules as ice nuclei

Results from laboratory experiments investigating the ice nucleation properties under atmospheric conditions of major classes of organic compounds found in marine phytoplankton. Ice nucleation was measured in the immersion mode on compounds in their native state and after heat denaturation.本数据集为实验室实验所得结果，旨在探究海洋浮游植物中主要类别有机化合物在大气条件下的冰核化（ice nucleation）特性。实验采用浸润模式（immersion mode），分别测定了这些化合物处于天然状态以及经热变性后的冰核化特性。
