Comprehensive analysis of gene mutations in canine histiocytic sarcoma

Whole exome sequencing was performed using DNA extracted from canine histiocytic sarcoma tissues and normal tissues. Exonic DNA fragments were captured using SureSelect Canine All Exon V2 and sequenced using Nextseq 500. We comprehensively compared the sequences of exon regions of genes between tumor tissues and normal tissues, and we extracted gene mutations only found in tumor tissues. Pathway analysis was also conducted using these extracted gene mutations.
