Raw peptide-HLA prediction data supporting the computational design and population-level evaluation of a multi-epitope Andes virus vaccine candidate
收藏资源简介:
Supporting dataset for the study “Computational design and population-level evaluation of a multi-epitope Andes virus vaccine candidate.” The deposit contains the raw peptide–HLA prediction tables used in the class-I and class-II analyses: four class-I CSV chunks totaling 342,430 peptide–allele prediction rows and four class-II CSV chunks totaling 64,680 rows, together with per-chunk metadata, job metadata, and an internal manifest. The associated study reduces these prediction tables to non-redundant candidate regions and evaluates the selected in-silico vaccine candidate using conservation analysis, human-proteome sequence comparison, and genotype-based population-coverage modeling. Derived results, analysis code, figures, and the manuscript are distributed through the associated GitHub/Zenodo research release.
