The effect of plant density and distance from the pond on insect abundance- Data

We were trying to see if the distance from the pond or/and the plant density will affect the insects abundance in grassland. We were doing that by counting the number of insects and calculating the plant density in a 1X1 (squared meter) quadrants in three different distances- 1, 10 and 20 meters away (vertically) from the pond in York University grassland area above the Pond street. We placed the quadrants so they will be a meter apart (to the side of the previous quadrant) in every distance. We have done it in two different dates, October 13 and October 20 in 2015. Here you can find the data we found and a decriptive explantion of how exactly we were doing so. Worth to mention that the tempature was simmilar in this two dates; however, the wind was much stronger on October 20.
