RNA-Seq data and analysis from two common ash (Fraxinus excelsior) genotypes, FAR3 and FS36, showing tolerance to ash dieback, and two genotypes, UW1 and UW2, showing susceptibility. Samples were collected in a time-course during the infection at 7, 14, 21 and 28 days-post-inoculation (dpi). This work is a part of the FraxGen subproject, included in the research network FraxForFuture, created in 2020 to contribute to the future preservation and management of ash trees in Germany.
